Go to the Great Library east of the entrance to Raven's Dust Crypt (1066,1686,0) and talk to Filandrius. Say foreign magic, need, Filnar'thir, darkness, get it and he sends you to kill Anthor The Mad and takes the Tome of Arcane Knowledge.
Go to Stoneheim (located northeast of the entrance to the Spider Cave). Find and kill Anthor The Mad, you receive the Tome of Arcane Knowledge.
Go back to Filandrius, click on it and he takes the Tome.
Reward:
- Gem of Unstable Protection
- Learn the spells of Filandrius
