Allows you to create one-handed versions of normally two-handed staves, in exchange for the following items:

• Cat claw ornated staff (one-handed): Quest allowing you to trade 10 Cat claw ornated staff + 10 Silver spoon of the Prophet for 1 one-handed staff.
• Gloom staff (one-handed): Quest allowing you to trade 5 Gloom staff + 10 Spider shaped ring for 1 one-handed staff.
