Your skill points.

Chance: (Points / 2) % chance to activate (e.g., 50% chance at 100 points).

Effect: Increases your attack damage by reducing the effect of the target's armor and adding a power bonus.

The formula considers your attack before applying the opponent's AC. It modifies this armor based on your skill level:

• The higher your Armor Penetration skill, the greater the AC reduction.
• If you have 125 points or less, the target's armor is reduced by a fraction of your skill.
• If you have more than 125 points, the reduction becomes even more effective.

Once the armor is adjusted, the skill applies a damage bonus based on your base attack (TrueStrike). This bonus increases with higher skill levels.

Case 1: The target has 150 AC

• A normal attack dealing 300 damage would result in 150 damage after AC reduction.
• With 100 points in Armor Penetration, the attack increases to about 481.
• After applying the adjusted AC, the final damage is 331.
• Result: More than double the damage of a standard attack.

Case 2: The target has 0 AC

• A normal attack deals 300 damage (no AC reduction).
• With 100 points in Armor Penetration, the attack increases to 349.
• Since the AC is zero, no reduction occurs.
• Result: A damage boost even against an armorless target.
