Near the Stonecrest Fountain, you find an NPC called Tristan (295,738,0). Tell him yes, yes, recently, digging and you hear a story about two men digging the ground with a shovel. They found a seraph's body and went east in their caravan.

Go east and follow the path leading to the spiders. Just before you get there, you see a small camp with Knights of the Obsidian Brotherhood. Kill about ten until Commander Mordred appears. Kill him and you get the Key of Mordred. With it, open the chest located in the camp, you recover the Ancient Celestial Plate.
